Individual Land Services (unless otherwise specified):

from confirmation to 30 days before the arrival date of the customers: 30% of the services sold.
from 29 to 10 days before the arrival date of the customers: 50% of the services sold.
9 or less than 9 days before the arrival date of the customers: 100% of the services sold.

Land Group Services (unless otherwise specified):

from confirmation to 60 days before the arrival date of the customers: 10% of the services sold.
from 59 to 20 days before the arrival date of the customers: 50% of the services sold.
19 or less than 19 days before the arrival date of the customers: 100% of the services sold.

Cruises:

from confirmation to 30 days before the arrival date of the customers: 50% of the services sold.
– from 29 days to the date of arrival of customers: 100% of the services sold.

Air Tickets:

from confirmation: 100% of the services sold.
